"Cybria Press" is presently used as a common-law trademark, designated with the ™ symbol. Common-law trademark rights arise from continuous commercial use and are protected under federal and state law independently of formal trademark registration with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. If and when "Cybria Press" is registered with the USPTO, the ® symbol will be used in place of ™.

"Cybria Press" has been used continuously in commerce as the publishing imprint of Cybria Enterprises LLC since November 2025, including:

• Operation of the press.cybria.net website
• Use in business correspondence, marketing materials, and contracts

4. Permitted Uses

You may refer to Cybria Press in:

• Truthful editorial, journalistic, review, or commentary contexts
• Reference to specific books published by Cybria Press
• Hyperlinks to press.cybria.net for non-commercial reference
• Other uses constituting "fair use" under applicable trademark law

When referring to our mark, please use the ™ designation and acknowledge ownership by Cybria Enterprises LLC.

5. Prohibited Uses

The following uses are prohibited without express written permission:

• Use of "Cybria Press" or any confusingly similar mark in connection with publishing, books, or related services
• Use in a manner that suggests affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship by Cybria Press or Cybria Enterprises LLC when none exists
• Use of "Cybria Press" in domain names, social media handles, business names, product names, or branding
• Modification, distortion, or alteration of the Cybria Press name or any associated logo or visual identity
• Use in connection with disparaging, unlawful, deceptive, or harmful activities
• Counterfeiting, imitation, or unauthorized reproduction of Cybria Press books or marketing materials

6. Reporting Unauthorized Use

If you become aware of any unauthorized use of the Cybria Press name — including counterfeit books, fraudulent imprint claims, fake author accounts, or unauthorized reproduction of book covers or marketing materials — please report it to [email protected]. Include URLs, screenshots, dates, and any other relevant detail.

7. Copyright in Books and Site Content

All books published under the Cybria Press imprint are protected by copyright held by Cybria Enterprises LLC or the respective author. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, public display, or creation of derivative works is prohibited and may be subject to civil and criminal penalties under United States and international copyright law.

All content on press.cybria.net — including book descriptions, cover images, design, code, and underlying structure — is the copyrighted property of Cybria Enterprises LLC or its licensors.

8. DMCA Notices

If you believe content on press.cybria.net infringes your copyright, send a written notice complying with the requirements of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) to [email protected]. Notices must include:
